Your empathy is amazing, Brooke. I can only imagine how much you are being reached out to by people like Sav. You have clearly voiced what many have and are experiencing. It is also validating for you since I am sure you had to feel like the only one during your own journey. Clearly you are not alone, so your regimen of ways to maintain your inner balance is super important. I am happy you have been able to do that. Thank you for sharing Sav's story and may he find the serenity he is seeking.

Also I did my taper rather quickly. Reduce by half for 3 weeks then reduce by half again for 3 weeks, then zero. I am grateful it was easy with almost no side effects other than requiring a bit more sleep. I also took long walks and got plenty of sun light and vitamin d in addition to NAD and earthing, putting my feet into the ground barefoot, daily.

I went off successfully recently after 5 years. I used an iv of NAD on several occasions which is becoming much better known. I now inject it into myself at home. It’s a bit expensive, around $500 for an IV. It’s available anywhere they give IV drips. I also do red light therapy.
